H.E thing:Fried rice:Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen peas
3 tablespoons vegetable
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups boiled rice
1 teaspoon salt
2 ounces boiled ham (1/4" cubes)
1 scallion

Directions:
Place frozen peas into 4 cups boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until tender (defrost).

Set a 12 inch Wok or 10 inch skillet over high heat for 30 seconds. Pour in 1 tablespoon of oil, swirl it above in the pan and immediately reduce the heat to moderate. Pour in the beat eggs. They will form a film on the bottom of the pan almost at once. Immediately lift this film gently with a fork and push it to the back of the pan so that the still liquid eggs can spread across the bottom of the pan to cook. As soon as the eggs are set, but before they become dry or begin to brown, transfer them to a small bowl and break them up with a fork.

Basic pasta:
INGREDIENTS
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons water

DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the flour, add the slightly beaten egg, and mix. Mixture should form a stiff dough. If needed, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons water.

Aiyah,yesterday rain,today morning also rain.Yesterday I was going to play soccer with my friends so cannot go.Sigh,I used to love rain because whenever it rain,we don't need to sing the national anthem and school song.Wait,after bloging it's not raining anymore.Hurray!

Finally,after much pestering,dad has let me learn guitar.When i went for my lesson today,i thought that it would be just plucking.However,there is much more to guitar than that.On thursday,i;ll buy my first classic guitar.i can;t wait!
